Elevare Behavioral Health’s addiction treatment programs in Colorado provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services to support you through the transition from treatment back into everyday life. Our Colorado facilities offer a full continuum of care to help you achieve long-term recovery and establish a healthy, sober lifestyle.

Our levels of care include:

  • Medical Detox Program
  • Residential Treatment Program
  • Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
  • Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
  • Outpatient Program (OP)
  • Telehealth

Medical Detox Program

Medical detox programs ensure the safety and comfort of each client during withdrawal from drugs or alcohol. Physicians and nurses provide around-the-clock care, monitoring vitals and administering proven medications and approaches to ease withdrawal symptoms.

Residential Treatment Program

Residential treatment programs provide care for clients following detox. Through the use of research-based therapies and drug addiction counseling, clients explore the underlying causes of their substance use disorder while learning skills to manage cravings and avoid relapse.

Partial Hospitalization Program

Our partial hospitalization program (PHP), also known as partial care, allows clients to participate in treatment five days of the week. PHP programs provide between 4-6 hours of clinical care each day.

Intensive Outpatient Program

Intensive outpatient programs (IOPs) are primarily geared toward those who don’t need medical detoxification or 24-hour supervision. An IOP serves as a step-down program following residential care or as an alternative to inpatient treatment.

Outpatient Program

Outpatient programs allow clients to recover while living in the comfort of their own homes. Traditional OPs require fewer hours per week than IOPs to allow for flexibility while still providing a comprehensive level of care.

Telehealth

Telehealth offers convenient and accessible care, providing greater flexibility in helping those with mental health or substance use disorders navigate recovery challenges. Virtual appointments ensure quality treatment while accommodating different time schedules, distances from treatment, and time-sensitive obstacles along the way.

Medication-Assisted Treatment

Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is the use of specific pharmaceutical medications to decrease cravings for addictive substances and increase the likelihood of staying sober. These medications have been shown in research to improve the outcomes of addiction treatment over time.

MAT involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of professionals including physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, and addiction counselors. The main objective is to develop a personalized plan that provides comprehensive support and treatment for individuals struggling with substance abuse.

This tailored approach often incorporates medication to reduce cravings, alongside counseling to address emotional and behavioral challenges related to addiction. MAT proves to be an effective method for helping individuals overcome addiction and achieve a healthier, substance-free life. With unwavering support from the treatment team and unwavering commitment, recovery becomes attainable.
