Medical detox involves supervising a person as they stop using a substance and providing them with medical support and care throughout the process. Detox can be difficult—sometimes even dangerous—without professional medical help.
A partial hospitalization program (PHP) may be right for you if you need structured addiction treatment without 24-hour supervision. It’s considered best for people who are ready to step down from residential treatment or have the stability to live at home.
A traditional outpatient program (OP) is for people who are in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. Outpatient services extend the guidance, support, and resources found in higher levels of care but with fewer restrictions and requirements.
Sober living offers a drug-free and structured living environment that promotes safety and also incorporates daily routines. Sober living provides a space for accountability and offers resources for those recovering from alcohol or drug addiction during and after outpatient levels of care.
Telehealth services provide ongoing virtual care for individuals in recovery from addiction and mental health disorders. Telehealth services include virtual check-ins with clinicians, medication management, one-on-one counseling, and educational resources to support individuals in their recovery journey.
